• 1876 – Newbern, Golden Key, #1733 plus Household of Ruth
• 1888 – Pulaski City, Lone Light, #3026
• 1888 – Buchanan, Buchanan, #3068
• 1890 – Roanoke, Roanoke, #3225
• 1904-06 – Blacksburg, Tadmore Light, #6184 plus House of Ruth and St Luke.
